This is the talk I gave at Woodbine’s 2026 conference called Lifehouses, Resilience Hubs, and Dual Power. The talk was titled Prefiguration and Power and it compared hierarchical versus horizontal power structures utilizing theory from my upcoming book A Modern Anarchism and described how Cooperation Tulsa applies this organizational theory to real-world community action.
